Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 6 May 2026

1. Who we are

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Upryve website and waitlist signup. In these terms, “Upryve”, “we”, “our” and “us” mean the Upryve team operating this website from the United Kingdom.

2. Using this website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with, damage, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our services, systems, or data.

3. Waitlist signup

By joining the waitlist, you ask us to contact you about early access, product updates, and launch information.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a particular launch date, or availability in your country. We may limit, pause, or remove waitlist entries at our discretion, including where we suspect abuse or invalid data.

4. Communications

We may send emails related to your waitlist status, product updates, onboarding opportunities, and related announcements. You can opt out of non-essential marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in our messages.

5. Intellectual property

All content, branding, designs, text, graphics, and software on this website are owned by Upryve or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission, except as allowed by law.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or waitlist at any time, without notice. We also may update these Terms. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The website and waitlist are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties that are not expressly stated.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or waitlist.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer law gives you additional rights.

9. Contact
